While there are some modest expenses incurred in running the investment fund (legal, accounting, etc) there are no base management fees charged to invest with Highway 54. Highway 54 won't make a penny until our investors have made a return of at least 6% in each 12-month period. Our fee is 25% of any gains above the 6% annual hurdle.
